Very useful. Solid workmanship. Additional instruction on how to use, how to massage and where to compress. That's cool. I recommend the product and the seller. Very fast delivery. Because of the pain in my arms, it’s difficult to massage myself.
Everything like on pictures. The stick is solid and makes its work what it's designed for. I'm happy that there is quite fine instruction added, what really helps with understanding how to use it.
The trigger point massager is okay for general muscle relief, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations. It works for some areas, but I found it hard to apply the right amount of pressure in certain spots, especially on my back. It provides some relief, but it doesn’t feel as effective as a hands-on massage. Overall, it’s useful but not a complete solution for deeper muscle tension.
